Who is SourceSelect?
SourceSelect collects the personal information you provide (“Personal Information”) and uses it to help 
you get in touch with potential employers, so that you can be matched to one or more vacancies (“Service”).
SourceSelect Recruitment is located in (2909LK) Oud-Beijerland at Mendelssohnstraat 12 and is registered
with the Chamber of Commerce under number 71053352.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?1. For Recruitment Purposes
(a) What does this purpose mean?
When you approach one of our recruitment consultants, apply for a vacancy or register on the SourceSelect
recruitment website, we will include the personal data you provide in our recruitment database. We also 
process your personal data to be able to manage our recruitment database and to be able to contact you. 
In this way we can inform you about new vacancies or invite you to activities related to recruitment. 
This includes a job application or introductory meeting, for example, but also marketing purposes such as
sending you a monthly newsletter.
(b) What legal basis do we use to process your personal data for this purpose?
The legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is your “consent”. By providing your 
data to SourceSelect, you expressly agree that your personal data will be processed for the purpose described
in Article 1(a). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent will
not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
(c) What personal data do we process for this purpose?
For this purpose, we process your contact details, photos, recruitment information (such as your resume, work 
experience, education details, etc.) and correspondence with SourceSelect about applications (including 
references).
(d) How long do we keep your personal data processed for this purpose?
For this purpose, your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to complete the recruitment process. 
If we reasonably expect to have other interesting vacancies for you in the near future, we may keep your 
personal data for these purposes. We only store your data if you have given permission for this.
2. To enter into an employment contract or service agreement with you
(a) What does this purpose mean?
When we offer you an employment contract with SourceSelect, we process your personal data to draw up and 
process an (employment) agreement. We use your personal data for concluding, executing and terminating 
your (employment) agreement. We also include your personal data in our database.
If you are an independent contractor entrepreneur, we process your personal data in the same way to enter 
into an agreement with you.
(b) What legal basis do we use to process your personal data for this purpose?
You are obliged to provide SourceSelect with all personal data that SourceSelect needs to be able to 
perform your (employment) agreement and to enable SourceSelect to comply with the legal obligations 
in connection with your (employment) agreement.
(c) What personal data do we process for this purpose?
For this purpose, insofar as relevant, we process your contact details, date of birth, gender, marital 
status, nationality, photos, citizen service number (after employment), details of your identity card 
or passport, statement of your employment situation, registration number at the Chamber of Commerce 
and VAT details. hiring information (such as work experience and education information), job and position
information, work permit information, availability, benefits, tax information, insurance information, 
payment information, and location and organizations.
(d) How long do we keep your personal data processed for this purpose?
For this purpose, your personal data will be kept after termination of your (employment) agreement (i) 
as long as SourceSelect is legally obliged to keep your personal data and (ii) if this is reasonably 
necessary to protect SourceSelect's legal interests. After this period, your personal data will be 
deleted from our systems.
How far does SourceSelect's responsibility extend?
These Privacy Regulations only apply to Personal Data obtained through the website www.Humansourcegroup.com.
The website may also contain links to third party websites. SourceSelect does not accept any responsibility or 
liability for (the operation and/or content of) websites or services of third parties.
Can minors use SourceSelect?
SourceSelect is intended for individuals who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. If you are younger than 
18 (eighteen) you may not use the Service. By agreeing to these Privacy Regulations, SourceSelect assumes that 
you are indeed 18 (eighteen) years or older.
Can this Privacy Policy be changed?
These Privacy Regulations can be changed. These changes will be announced on the Website.
